It does not appear any of what they say is true, nor where they say they are from correct. Their numbers are likely temporary VOIP #s. Still, the numbers can be tracked to the physical location.
Ask your local Police to get involved. Do not be afraid. You will not get in trouble.
The police will have the phone company provide the needed info on the callers and their VOIP provider will provide the needed info and that will lead to the ISP that will provide the final information to capture the criminals. Your info will not be involved. The info will lead to the physical location of where all the callers are at. They will be stopped. Arrests will be made. Their funds frozen, and any money gotten returned.

She informed me that I could still received this additional discount. I didn't give her my gas ID # and she wouldn't mail this information. Thought the name of the company was Vista - but the callers accent made it difficult to understand her.
