We added world class calling, however, they didn't inform me that ANY calls made to your phone while out of the USA, with your phone TURNED ON whether you accept the call or NOT, will result in 2.99/min charge! Mind you we had 15 of these that my husband did not accept! If we had been informed to turn off phone if not using (which is unrealistic!), then I would have had hubby use an alternative source for calling.
