I chose English and the automated service told me an agent would help me shortly. I thought at first it was from Canada (I lived in Quebec for a few years) but reading the information on this page, I now realize it is just some sort of marketing call. The woman I talked to, I could not understand well, she was asking for my address and information. I said I was not interested in any services and she hung up. I think she was trying to tell me to give her contact information because we couldn't talk over a cell phone number. I thought that was odd. Why did they call a cell phone then?? Oh well. Anyway I am glad to find out it wasn't actually an important call.
