Then sent me an email from a fake PayPal saying that the money has been added to my account and funds will be approved after I send the tracking number for verification. did that, the next day got another one saying that there was an issue with processing the funds bc my account was a personal one and not a business one. called PayPal and talked to them. they said it was a scam that there was no such email, all while he is trying to blow up my cell. went to the post office and had the package intercepted before it was delivered. he kept promising me that the money would be there but all he is is a liar.

There is no judgement against you and there is no police about to hunt you down. In the United States you cannot be jailed for taking out a payday loan just ruin your credit if you don't pay it back. It takes a lot for a judge to sign a warrant for a non-payment of a loan. Do not play into these games and report to the police asap... these people have been able to drain bank accounts before so it is very important that you DO NOT VERIFY any information. Also do not scream, or shout... just try to record the conversation because remember these people most likely have your address... Also email the District Attorney and the FBI... the more people who are involved in stopping this the more that will get done.
