I asked for her last name she would not give it. She also demanded that I take care of the returned check via western union quick collect as opposed to putting it on my debit or credit card. 'Iris' told me that once I did that the block would take 24-48 hrs to remove.(Ohio DMV told me it would only be 2 hrs)(she stated that it would be done 'whenever the supervisor came in') I hope that someone from the Ohio Attorney General's office is seeing all these complaints and hopefully will be considering taking care of mattes such as this in house.
