Even with that one word answer, I can tell he was Indian or Pakastani, so this tells me this number, most likely, is one of those groups who buys payday loans or bad debts and attempts to collect on them using every illegal trick in the book. They don't bother to confirm whether or not they have the right person or telephone number(s), they just harrass you at every turn.
