I've never had a providien credit card nor have I carried a credit card since 1996. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back from them or received papers to appear. They have my address and last 3 addresses along with my social and phone number. Scary stuff, but fight it and don't back down. Demand to see documentation to prove your signature and purchases.
