That they have a lower rate offer and choose #1 to continue or #3 to not call again. I chose #3 to get no more calls. Next day they called back, but I missed it. I redialed the number to find it was a 'not in service' phone number. It is obviously a fake number so you cannot identify them, because 770 numbers are from Atlanta, Ga. area where I live. In fact the number is very similar to mine.

At the rate this number calls, it shouldn't take more than a week. My understanding is there is a $1,000 per incident fine that will pay for our next vacation.
