805-637-7249 I had a bad experience with t-mobile about 5 years ago, so when I'm abroad, I am careful not to used the phone and have the phone turned off or SIM card removed. BUT, this happened again this months. There were 5 calls from/to 805-637-7249, 1 to 2 min each, while I am on a flight back from Asia. Being ~3000 miles off the west coast, there was noway my phone could be on. Upon calling t-mobile twice (they hung up on me the first time), they agreed to remove the charges. So it seems as long as you have been on a non-t-mobile GSM network once, t-mobile assumes you are still on an outside network and charge you for called made to your VM, even if your phone was turned off and SIM card removed.No sure what customers can do about it if t-mobile doesn't change their practice. I do know there was at least 1 class action lawsuit against T-mobile in the last few years for double billing international usages, perhaps it will take another lawsuit to right the problem.
