Two weeks ago I received that same type of message but the telephone number was completely different. I returned the call and a woman answered. Told her that a Mr. Adams had left a message for me to call back. She asked me to verify the last four digits of my social security number. I refused. She asked to verify my date of birth. I refused. This is when she stated that I had been turned over to them for fraud. I informed her that I had been in contact with the local sheriff's office from the last call and that unless they were able to prove anything I didn't expect to have another call from them and hung up.

He makes noises and breathes heavily on the phone as well. He has sent several texts and left voice messages when she did not pick up.
