I was told it was just some sort of fee and come to find out, it's from a place called "Pitbull" and we've been charged for 13 months at $9.99ea! Apparently it is listed on page 16 of 24 on my paper bill, however, we are paperless billing customers! T-Mobile would on credit back Jan & Feb of this year and said they can not go back in a past year. I am reporting both T-mobile for allowing this and Pitbull for fraud!

Hang up, they are trying to get into your computer. Then you will have BIG PROBLEMS.
